Welcome to Tamar Wildlife – the web site for information about birds and other wildlife in the Tamar Valley.

Tamar Wildlife was established in 2005 by Bruce Taggart, a freelance wildlife consultant and lecturer with a specialist interest in ornithology.

Our mission is to foster an interest in the wildlife of the Tamar Valley and beyond, through river boat cruises, educational walks and talks and scientific study.
